Semi-automatic Capper SPA-20

for screw caps and press caps

Working method:
Place the cap manually on the bottle. The bottle is fed by the conveyor to the capper. The bottle will be positioned and when necessary gently pressed between the jaws. The srewer goes down and when the cap is touched, it screws the cap on the bottle. When the previously set torque is reached, the machine stops screwing automatically. The screwer returns to its original position when the time set has run out, the jaws loosen their grip and the capped bottle is removed by the conveyor.
